2008 Christmas Decorations at Hairmyres Hospital
The decoration of Ward 16 at Hairmyres Hospital took place on the 9th of December with a team of club members who did a sterling job. The party consisted of President Frank Mcluskey, George McGraw, Past Presidents Andrew Ferguson, Jim Anderson, John Cardno and Rotarians Ben Miloudi, John Morning, Brian Wood, David Brown,John Murphy.
John Morning, Brian Wood and George McGraw recovered all the decorations with Frank our President arriving half way through to assist. Job completed in one hour

John Cardno, George McGraw, Jim Moretti, Douglas McArthur, Edwin Robertson turned out decorate ward 16 at Hairmyres Hospital it was agreed by the Club that new decorations would have to be purchased
2005
Rotarians turned out in force to decorate ward 16. Ten in all turned up namely, George McGraw, Edwin Robertson, Ben Miloudi, Douglas McArthur,John Cardno, George Gunn, Liam Donnelly, Ray Porrelli, George Ferguson and Jim Anderson
2004
December 2004 seen the following Rotarians give of their time to decorate ward 16 at Hairmyres Hospital President Douglas Kilpatrick, Past Presidents Edwin Robertson and Andrew Ferguson, Rotarians, George Ferguson and Brian Wood a poor turn out for the job in hand but it was completed as in years gone past
Our Club have been involved with the Christmas decorations of ward 16 at Hairmyres Hospital for a number of years unfortunately all the years have not been recorded with the respect of pictures being taken.
2003
December 2003 seen the following Rotarians gave of their time to decorate ward 16 at Hairmyres Hospital. Douglas Kilpatrick, Jim Moretti, Edwin Robertson and George Ferguson, Andrew Ferguson, John Cardno and his daughter Robin,Liam Donnelly and Barry Wood. Bill Fraser & his wife Carol from our daughter also came along.

2010 Once again East Kilbride Rotarians played their part in the decoration of ward 16 at Hairmyres Hospital when on the 7th of December led by there President Roddy Shanks, Rotarians, John Mackie, Jack Blackwood, John Cardno, George McGraw, George Ferguson, David Brown and Jim Moretti turned out in the most appalling weather conditions to brighten ward 16 and create some Christmas Spirit.

on the 14th Dec 2011 Rotarians Archie King, Tom Wilson, George McGraw, David Brown & Jim Moretti were off to purchase and prepare presents to be sent to Santa for the Toys for Kids Appeal this has been another great effort by the club to raise sufficient funding to keep this event ongoing from one year to the next.
In addition to this Ward 15 at Hairmyres hospital was the next meeting place of the week when some club members namely Jim Anderson, George McGraw, David Brown, Ray Porrelli, Jim Moretti, Brian Wood and Archie King paid their annual visit to put up the Christmas decorations something that the club have been doing for a number years
Sadly 2012 Hospital decoration by our club to one of the wards has ceased at the request of the hospital, however we are happy to announce that Pine Crescent Dementia Carers Group have allowed the club to continue their tradition by giving their permission to decorate Pine Crescent. George McGraw and David Brown successfully completed the task see pictures of their work below.
